2. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability, full payment, and acceptance by Magic Bikinis. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing or stock issues.

Prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) or ZAR (South African Rand) unless otherwise indicated and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. All payments must be cleared before production or dispatch begins.
3. Shipping
We ship both locally and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on destination, order type (custom or ready-made), and courier service selected. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
4. International Orders
Magic Bikinis is located in South Africa. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT), and administrative fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies vary widely by country, and we strongly recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order. Magic Bikinis has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay import duties does not qualify for a refund.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of many of our items (including bikinis, posing trunks, and accessories), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made products unless an item is proven to be defective upon arrival.
Ready-made items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. All shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Magic Heels: Returns or exchanges of Magic Heels are only permitted if the shoes are unworn, in a clean and undamaged condition, and returned in their original packaging. To maintain hygiene standards, we ask that heels are only tried on a clean, carpeted surface. Any visible signs of wear, scuffing, or soiling will render the heels ineligible for return. Return requests for Magic Heels must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and approved in writing before being shipped back.
6. Product Descriptions and Images
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours and fit. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device’s display settings. All images and product descriptions are for reference and may vary slightly in person.
7. Custom Designs
Custom orders (including competition bikinis, trunks, and stagewear) are made to client specifications and production will only begin after payment is received in full or a payment plan is agreed upon.
Magic Bikinis is not responsible for incorrect sizing or measurement data submitted by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Magic Bikinis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products, including shipping delays, customs issues, or item misuse.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your data without consent.
10. Changes to Terms
