FRM seeks to be the ultimate platform for health and fitness enthusiasts who wish to elevate their careers in the ever expanding world of fitness, social media and marketing.
FRM caters for both male and female contestants, each broken down into their respective categories and is suitable for all types of physiques, after all, we understand that beauty comes in a variety of shapes and sizes. Each category is further broken down into 2 rounds, SWIMWEAR, and EVENING WEAR.
Entrants are free to enter the division/category of their choice, however, FRM management will always assist in guiding contestants closer to the time of the show. No need to stress.
OUTFIT COLOUR SCHEME
Ladies are permitted to design and create the bikini of their dreams, we encourage all our ladies to be creative to ensure that they look their absolute best on stage.
The required colour schemes ARE NOT THE SAME for each division. Kindly ensure that you take note of the below colours per division each year as the theme changaes.
