Rental Terms & Fees

• Rental Period: Dispatched 7 days before show date to ensure safe delivery and enough travel time, collected two – three days after your show weekend.
• Show Day Rental Fee: R2,000
• Refundable Security Deposit: R4,500 — refunded to you once the suit is returned in good condition
• Courier Costs: R165 each way (R330 total). Billed separately for delivery & collection anywhere in South Africa. These additional costs will need to be paid latest 7 days from show date so we can dispatch your suit in time.
• Cleaning: Professional cleaning is included in the rental fee, you can send it back to us unwashed after your show – cleaning is a delicate process.
• Returns: We will send a courier for collection after your show, address will be confirmed the day before we send the courier. You need to make sure you have the suit with you in the original packaging.
• Cancellations: If for any reason you cancel your booking, please note that 50% of the rental fee is forfeited.
• Damage Policy: Excessive damage, loss, or failure to return will result in forfeiture of the deposit
