2. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability, full payment, and acceptance by Magic Bikinis. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, stock issues, suspected fraud, or order information that is incomplete or incorrect.

Prices may be displayed in USD (United States Dollars) or ZAR (South African Rand), depending on your location, selected currency, or checkout settings. Currency conversions may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer. All payments must clear before production, customisation, alteration, or dispatch begins.

For payment plans or “buy now, pay later” options, approval, instalments, and payment terms are managed by the relevant third-party payment provider. Magic Bikinis is not responsible for declined applications, payment provider errors, missed instalments, or charges applied by the provider.

3. Shipping

We ship both locally and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on destination, order type, production time, courier service selected, customs processing, and factors outside our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Magic Bikinis is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or delays caused by events outside our control.

4. International Orders

Magic Bikinis is located in South Africa. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and administrative fees imposed by your country’s customs authority or courier service. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies vary widely by country, and we strongly recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order. Magic Bikinis has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay import duties, customs fees, taxes, or courier clearance charges does not qualify for a refund.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of many of our items, including competition bikinis, posing trunks, stagewear, customised apparel, altered items, and made-to-order products, all sales are final on custom-made, personalised, altered, or made-to-measure items. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on these items unless the product is proven to be defective upon arrival.

Magic Bikinis is not responsible for incorrect size selections, inaccurate measurements, change of mind, competition date changes, category changes, or customer errors submitted at checkout.

Ready-made items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, free from marks, odours, makeup, tan, deodorant, pet hair, or damage, and returned in their original condition and packaging. All shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Any exchange must be approved in writing before the item is returned.

Custom IFBB Boardshorts and Men’s Physique Boardshorts:
Please choose your waist size carefully and provide an accurate hip-to-top-of-knee measurement when placing your order. Magic Bikinis IFBB and men’s physique boardshorts are custom cut and hemmed specifically according to the measurement supplied by the customer, with the hem set just above the knee for stage presentation.

These boardshorts are not standard off-the-shelf retail sizing. Once the boardshorts have been cut, hemmed, altered, or customised according to your supplied measurements, they cannot be returned, exchanged, resized, or replaced due to incorrect waist size selection, inaccurate measurements, or customer error.

To ensure the best fit, measure from your hip bone to the top of your knee using a tape measure or string and select your waist size according to your actual measurements before completing checkout.

Magic Heels:
Returns or exchanges of Magic Heels are only permitted if the shoes are unworn, in a clean and undamaged condition, and returned in their original packaging. To maintain hygiene standards, heels must only be tried on a clean, carpeted surface. Any visible signs of wear, scuffing, soiling, damage, or use will render the heels ineligible for return. Return requests for Magic Heels must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and approved in writing before being shipped back.

6. Product Descriptions and Images

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, fit, shape, style, and finish. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device’s display settings, screen brightness, lighting, photography, fabric batches, crystal availability, print variations, or supplier changes.

All images and product descriptions are for reference and may vary slightly in person. Small variations in colour, fit, fabric, crystal placement, print alignment, embellishment, or finish are not considered defects where they do not affect the intended use of the product.

7. Custom Designs, Measurements, and Production

Custom orders, including competition bikinis, trunks, boardshorts, stagewear, printed items, embellished items, and made-to-order products, are created according to client specifications. Production will only begin after payment is received in full or once an approved payment plan has been agreed upon.

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate measurements, sizing choices, order notes, design preferences, colour selections, category requirements, show dates, and delivery information. Magic Bikinis is not responsible for incorrect sizing, measurement errors, missing information, or incorrect details submitted by the customer.

Production timelines may vary depending on order complexity, seasonal demand, stock availability, payment clearance, design approvals, courier timelines, and other factors. Any production or delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Magic Bikinis.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact Magic Bikinis in writing within 48 hours of receiving your order. Clear photos and a description of the issue must be provided for review.

Items must not be worn, used, altered, washed, damaged, or modified after receipt. Magic Bikinis reserves the right to inspect the item before approving any repair, replacement, exchange, or refund. Normal variations in handmade, customised, printed, or embellished items are not automatically considered defects.

9. Limitation of Liability

Magic Bikinis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products, including but not limited to shipping delays, customs issues, late delivery, competition date changes, incorrect sizing, customer measurement errors, courier delays, payment provider issues, or item misuse.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your data without consent, except where required to process your order, complete payment, arrange delivery, or comply with legal obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

Magic Bikinis reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
